Clinton Warf – Executive Director
Clint is proud to serve as the Executive Director of Charter Senior Living of Paducah. Clint got his start in senior living as the Food Service Director of a local skilled nursing facility in 2014. Since then, he has served in various positions, most recently as a regional director of operations covering communities in four states. When given the chance to come back to Paducah to lead the opening of a new community, Clint jumped at the opportunity. A native of Greensburg, KY, Clint has proudly called Paducah home since 2009. He received his bachelor’s degree from Campbellsville University and his master’s degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Clint is the proud uncle of six, a dog-dad of three, and enjoys cooking, traveling, and appearing in the occasional production at Market House Theatre. Clint says that taking care of his grandmother led him to his true life’s calling: caring for seniors.
Candice Long – Sales and Marketing Director
If you ask Candice when she got her start in senior living, she will say it was when she was a child. Her mom has been a nurse in long-term care for over 40 years, so you could say it’s in her blood. It was while spending time with those in her mother’s care that her love for helping seniors started. For over 20 years, Candice has served in various roles in senior living communities. From being a CNA to a hospital liaison, she has grown her skillset through experience and time. Candice is a fierce advocate for seniors and serves on various non-profit boards, including Embracing the Aged and the Purchase Area Mental Health and Aging Coalition. Candice is a native of Western Kentucky and currently lives in Paducah with her husband and children. She enjoys camping, boating, and traveling. Candice is thrilled to serve as the sales and marketing director and looks forward to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.
Kimberly Yocum – Business Office Manager
Kimberly is thrilled to be the Business Office Manager at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. She has an Associate Degree in Accounting and over sixteen years of experience as an accounts manager in the manufacturing industry. Kimberly has a beautiful daughter, a handsome son-in-law, and a very talented son. She is also an Oma (grandmother) to a precious grandson that she absolutely adores. Kimberly is a proud Paducah native, and loves being involved in local organizations, including her favorite: appearing in shows at Market House Theatre, something she has done for over 25 years. Her favorite role so far has been Patsy Cline, someone you might see appear at the community. Although she is a newcomer to working with seniors, Kimberly has always loved spending time with her grandparents and learning from their amazing life stories.
Chris Everett– Life Enrichment Director
Chris joined Charter with a mission to continue doing what she has done for most of her career: using her creative abilities and talents to care for others. A native of Kentucky, Chris now resides in Southern Illinois and is an active member of the Ohio Chapel Church and member of board of the Grand Chain Public Library. Chris’ career has included a wide variety of roles, including Volunteer Coordinator for Lourdes Hospice, Story Hour Coordinator for McCracken County Library, and RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) Director. Chris is a certified activities director and has spent the last fifteen years as Life Enrichment Director for a local Senior Living Community. She is well known for her one-woman show portraying Mother Goose across the country. She uses her creative talents in puppetry, costuming, acting, writing, and is a skilled musician and is currently working on a children’s book that will soon to be published. Her greatest love is being “Granny Chris” and watching her grandson excel in basketball and football at Massac County High School in Metropolis.
